Water Fountain

Racism had always disgusted me because I think that there is no need for it. So when I saw the water fountain picture, it sort of bothered me. However, at first, I had assumed that it was against black people, because I know water fountains and other facilities had been segregated for a period. So when I saw that it was vandalizing against white people, it sort of opened my eyes a little more. I had always heard of intense cases of poor treatment of black people, but you never tend to hear about the abuse toward white people. I think that this shows that there was poor treatment on both end of the spectrum. It is a good example of racism, but it still disgusts me.
