There are some very tough times going on in Egypt, especially all of the riots. On January 27th, the stock market declined severely because of all of the riots. This made investor confidence very low. On January 29th, the president of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak had lost control of the protests because now they are even breaking curfew in order to riot. On January 31st, Nobel Peace Prize winner Mohamed ElBaradei told Mubarak to resign because it was the third straight night that the Egyptians broke curfew. Mubarak did not listen until February 11th when he realised that it was right for him to resign. The funny thing is that his resignation happened to be a little while after telling the paparazzi that he would never resign. Mubarak seems like a coward when he actually fled Egypt and left the military in charge. They are leading towards a Democratic rule which in my thinking is a much more fair government. Hopefully Egypt will get back to normal life and everything will be ok.
