ICNA

The Islamic Circle of North America is an organization for Muslim families to help out in their community. Similar to any church project or community center, the ICNA holds fundraisers and charity events to help the poor and the those in need. Many people have been protesting the ICNA is a anti-American and terrorist group. Members are being told to go back home, but just because they are Muslim doesn't mean that they are from any Middle Eastern countries. Telling a Muslim to go back home is like telling them to go back to New York City or back to Miama. These people veiw themselves as Americans, which they are! Who says Americans have to be Christian? September 11th was a terrible day, there is no question about that, but maybe there were some Muslim people in the Trade Centers too. People have alot of nerve to protest against the ICNA because they're just good people trying to help America by helping the homeless and the hungry. People should turn their anger to those who have ACTUALLY DONE SOMETHING WRONG, and not the people they're looking to turn into scapegoats.
