Field Picture
This picture shows that morals have been lost, and technology has been gained. The people shown in the picture are probably planting crops. That’s how they survived and probably didn’t know any other way. Today, there aren’t many farms left, but they do all the work for us. We just go the grocery store and get what we need, but we don’t go out in our backyards and spend the whole day doing backbreaking work. I’m very thankful for those farms and plows and other gardening tools because honestly, I wouldn’t want to spend my whole day doing what the men in the picture are doing. The downside to the end of the agricultural way of life also caused people to lose that sense of responsibility. We have all of this done for us, and sometimes we need a little hard work to keep ourselves from becoming to dependent on others.
