This picture really breaks my heart. Its hows that people were struggling. They were going through really hard times, and didn't have a lot. The only things thet had were their family, and family needed to stick together. People were starving and had to sell their belongings just to survive. People wre going through very hard times, and they needed their family, and their support to survive.
