Simon Wiesenthal: A Hero
Simon Wiesenthal was a very brave and inspiring person. After the Holocaust, he pursued those who were Nazis and escaped their punishment for persecuting Jews. I agree with his beliefs: they shouldn’t get away with killing millions of Jews. He managed to catch nearly 1,100 Nazi war criminals and have them pay for their punishments. It’s unreal how the Nazis killed millions of Jews just because they were of a different race. Our forces fought to protect those Jews, even though we were just like Nazis, but instead we were being racist against black people. I believe that Simon Wiesenthal is a hero for his actions in making those pay for what they did wrong, even though we did the same thing in America, and only a small portion of the persecutors paid for their actions.
