Space Monkeys Ate My Brain

The title of this post actually has nothing to do with the actual post. I just figured that if I had an interesting title like that more people would read this. Anyway, the best story I've ever heard is a story about my sister. My dad says that when my sister was just a baby, he would sometimes stay home and take care of her while my mom was at work. This one time, he says she just started crying and wouldn't stop. He tried eveything to shut her up but it didn't work. Bottles, blankets, changing, food, burping, none of it worked. So he called my mom at work and told her to come home because my sister just wouldn't stop crying. So she leaves work, and my sister is still crying right along. But by the time she got home, my sister was fast asleep. I don't know why I like this story so much. Maybe because it makes my dad look dumb or my sister look like a troublemaker. Either way, I've heard this story a hundred times and still enjoy it. It could be the emotions, or the repetition, or even the image of it. On a side note, that wasn't the whole story because it actually is really long and detailed and I would rather not waste a beautiful day in front of the computer typing out the word "crying" 75 times. Because space monkeys might eat my brain.
