The best book that I have ever read is The Season by Sarah Maclean. The Season is a historical fiction romance mystery set during Regency England Era. The main character is Lady Alexandra Stafford Alex for short. Along with her friends the beautiful but smart Lady Eleanor Redburn and the exotic and perfect Lady Vivian Markwell. The VERY important character is Lord Blackmoor (Gavin Sewell) the Earl of Blackmoor. Gavin is the Handsome young man that all the young girls fawn over along with Alex’s three handsome and tall brothers. There is a mystery behind Gavin’s father’s death and his uncle, not to mention that boring book A History of Essex that must be in every household in the county. The Season by Sarah Maclean is a great romance that is well written and even better has mystery incorporated into it!!!!! Can a book be any better.
