The idea of banning books, is epically idiotic.

Who's crazy idea was it to ban books? Many of the classic stories I loved as a child and still love are being questioned. Winnie the Pooh. Really? Winnie the Pooh? What is so terribly corrupt and damaging about Winnie the Pooh that they feel the need to strip it from libraries and schools? Also, I question the reasoning for banning books. I understand the right for parental discrepancy, but authors have the absolute right to express themselves within the text they create. Just because a book has "foul language", or "explicit sexual content" it should be removed? Apparently none of these people have ever watched a common television program. So, for those who think books should be banned, you can prevent your children from reading them, I'll just read them anyway, and thank you for your unwanted opinion.
