The best book that I ever read was The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen. Sarah Dessen is such an amazing author and I have read a lot of her books but my favorite by far is The Truth About Forever. I really enjoyed this book because it was about a teenage girl named Macy and I could really relate to her. Macy is shy, like me and in this book she came out of her shell and opened herself up to new people and experiences. In doing this she made a lot of new friends and stopped letting people push her around. I really like how Sarah Dessen can make a character seem real so that her readers can relate to them. This is why Sarah Dessen is one of my favorite authors and why The Truth About Forever is my favorite book.
