The best story I ever heard was about my great grandma. She's 91 and she's really healthy. She lives in China and I've visited her twice. To tell you the truth, she's in better shape than my grandma. My grandma fell down the stairs a couple of times and she can't really walk anymore. Meanwhile, my great grandma goes out for walks at 6:30 in the morning. She sometimes even jogs. This is all true by the way, my great grandma is stubborn. She also still climbs trees from time to time (without a ladder or anything). My dad tells the story all the time and I can tell he's proud of it.
I like this story because it's amazing. It's also not very believable, but my dad says my great grandma can prove it. If you've actually seen my great grandma you would believe the story. She doesn't look that old.
My favorite genres are fantasy and historical fiction.
