All across Japan, the tsunami caused massive damage that affected everyone on the island, even in places that weren’t hit. In many cases, there are people who are looking for their missing friends or relatives, or even they themselves are missing. Many people have been moved out of their homes and have nowhere to go. Not only did the earthquake/tsunami devastate the homes and ives of people because of the natural disaster effects that they caused, but it also created a problem with a nuclear power plant. If not for that, then the island would be recovering fast.
It reminds me of Hiroshima.
There have been explosions from the power plant that have caused some health problems for people in the surrounding areas. Whatever happens next, I just hope that it won’t end up like Hiroshima. Things like that shouldn’t happen more than once.

As for the quote: it’s true. If one can do something, try to do it. If you can’t - you’re just fourteen, not even out of high school, if it’s too big for you to handle right now - then wait. Be patient, because for people like me, the kids and the teens, we’re going to inherit the world. So just chill for a while, at least until you grow up and get a huge glowing sphere of soil, water, and chaos that they call “The Earth” from your parents and the rest of the retired adults that decided to give it up to you and your friends.
